Ledgers document proceedings related to South San Francisco's criminal court, small claims court and city ordinances established by the Police Department.

Collection is composed of assembly bills and resolutions authored and co-authored by Assemblymember Gene Mullin during his time as the representative for the 19th District. Files contain copies of the bills and resolutions, drafts, and research information.

Collection contains various scrapbooks created by South San Francisco individuals and organizations. The scrapbooks document personal interests, life events, organization activities, and academic life through photos, news clippings, correspondence, and other materials.

The Alice Sharp collection is composed of 36 letters written by her 4th and 5th grade students when she taught at Buri Buri Elementary School in South San Francisco. The letters, written in 1953, were addressed to her father, Robert Elmer Sharp, who resided in Jacksonville, Florida. Alice Sharp utilized the writing exercise to help her students practice penmanship.

This collection contains maps depicting South San Francisco. Maps including South City’s earliest geographical formation, Rancho Buri Buri and the town of Baden, and early city platting and streets layout. It includes a blueprint map of property owned by the South San Francisco Land and Improvement Company. Some maps indicate sites of early companies and industries
